Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines set the standards of behaviour expected from everyone on SAATHYA — brands, creators, and visitors. By using the platform you agree to follow them.

1. Our Principles

SAATHYA exists to build trust between brands and creators in India. We expect all members to act with honesty, respect, and professionalism.

2. Authenticity

Members must:

  • Provide accurate profile, audience, and campaign information.
  • Not use purchased followers, fake engagement, or misleading metrics.
  • Disclose sponsored content in line with ASCI and platform disclosure guidelines.

3. Respect & Safety

We do not tolerate:

  • Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind.
  • Threats, intimidation, or unwanted contact between members.
  • Content that sexualises minors or exploits vulnerable individuals.

4. Content Standards

All content shared on or through SAATHYA must:

  • Comply with applicable Indian laws, including the IPC and IT Act.
  • Not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Not promote illegal goods, weapons, drugs, or harmful substances.
  • Not contain malware, spam, or deceptive links.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

  • Removal of the offending content or campaign.
  • Temporary suspension of the account.
  • Permanent removal from the marketplace for serious or repeat offences.
  • Reporting to law enforcement where a crime is suspected.

6. Reporting Violations

To report a violation, use the report option on the relevant profile or campaign, or email grievance@saathya.in with details and evidence.
