SAATHYA ("we", "us", "our") operates a marketplace that connects brands and creators for influencer marketing collaborations in India.

By registering an account, browsing the marketplace, posting a campaign, or applying to a campaign, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use SAATHYA.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details updated.

SAATHYA supports two primary account types:

• Brand accounts — for businesses seeking creators to promote products or services.
• Creator accounts — for influencers, content creators, and UGC creators seeking collaborations.
• You may maintain only one active account. Misrepresenting your role or identity may result in suspension.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent campaign or profile information.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any person or brand.
• Use the platform to conduct any unlawful, harassing, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to circumvent platform payments or transact off-platform to avoid fees.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute creator or campaign data without permission.

Brands are responsible for the accuracy of campaign briefs, budgets, and deliverables. Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their audience metrics, portfolio, and submitted proposals.

Collaborations arranged through SAATHYA are agreements between the brand and the creator. SAATHYA facilitates discovery, communication, and payments but is not a party to the underlying collaboration contract unless explicitly stated.

SAATHYA charges a platform fee on completed paid collaborations. The applicable fee is disclosed before a campaign is published and before a creator accepts an offer.

Payments processed through SAATHYA are subject to our Refund Policy and the terms of our payment partners.

All content, branding, logos, and software on the SAATHYA platform are owned by SAATHYA or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you create and submit, and grant SAATHYA a licence to display it on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

You may close your account at any time. SAATHYA may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the marketplace community.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
