  • Account data — name, email, phone number, role, and profile details you submit.
  • Creator data — audience metrics, portfolio links, platform handles, and pricing.
  • Usage data — pages viewed, searches, messages, and interactions with the platform.
  • Device data — IP address, browser type, and approximate location within India.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Operate, secure, and improve the SAATHYA marketplace.
  • Match brands with relevant creators and vice versa.
  • Process payments and prevent fraud.
  • Send service notifications, campaign updates, and support responses.
  • Comply with legal obligations under Indian law.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We share limited information between brands and creators as needed to facilitate collaborations. We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, and authorities where required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data, subject to ongoing legal or contractual requirements.

6. Your Rights

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

  • Access and obtain a copy of your personal data.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request erasure of your personal data.
  • Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
  • Withdraw consent and raise a grievance with our Data Protection Officer.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission is fully secure, but we work to protect your information.
